CUSHIONS
Ficks Reed provides replacement cushions for the following:

• All current products
• Most products produced since 1996
• Few products produced before 1996

We often recommend that cushions be reupholstered or replaced by a local upholsterer. This can save both time and money for our clients.

HARDWARE
Ficks Reed is happy to replace hardware such as hinges and screws. If a style number or photo is available, this will expedite delivery.

STRAP REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Replacement straps may be purchased directly from our factory. If your straps were purchased before 1995 they were made with a tan elastic, stretchy material. Today, we use a high-tech black webbing material, which is heavier and not as elastic. This new material is far more durable.

Replacement straps are custom cut to fit your measurements. The only measurement that you will need is the slot to slot measurement on the actual furniture frame. Please follow these steps to assure accuracy of fit: Measure from the inside edge of one slot to the inside edge of the opposite slot. Do not measure the old strap. Do not add/substract measurements for metal clips.

The factory takes your measurements and converts them into correctly cut straps with new fastening clips. The factory has never had a complaint with its straps when accurate measurements following the instructions above have been provided.

After you have the correct measurements, complete the attached Strap Order Form to place your order.

The cost for replacement straps is:
$12.00 per strap up to 30"
$17.00 per strap over 30"

Sales tax is 6.5% and shipping is based on the number of straps ordered.
